Camperships and Travel Stipend

The deadline for applying for a Campership and/or a Tamara Smiley Hamilton ’74 Travel Stipend has now passed and the application form is now closed.

If you would like to attend Camp but feel the registration and/or travel costs are holding you back, please consider applying for a Campership and/or a Tamara Smiley Hamilton ’74 Travel Stipend in the future. Campers may apply to both funds to help offset the cost of attending Camp Scripps.

For Camp 2024, applications opened in March and closed on April 27, 2025. All applicants are notified before registration opens in May.

Waitlist notice: Camp Scripps is a popular event that tends to sell out on the first day of registration. If Camp seems to be sold out when you register, we recommend joining the waitlist. We have previously been able to accommodate most waitlist requests. When registration opens, complete the online registration form to be added to the waitlist.

Registration by mail is no longer an option. If you need assistance, the Office of Alumnae Engagement is happy to register you over the phone. Please email or call us before the opening of registration at (909) 621-8054 to schedule an appointment.

Residence Halls and Floor Plans

Camp 2025 took place in Clark and Toll Halls. We anticipate Camp 2026 also taking place in Clark and Toll, but is subject to change and will be confirmed in early 2026.

Single and double occupancy are offered in both dorms. If you plan to room with another Camper, both Campers must register for double occupancy and provide their roommate’s name during the registration process. If you do not have one, we will randomly assign you a Camper roommate.

During registration, you may list your top 5 room preferences (#1 being your top pick) and top 3 proximity preferences (#1 being your top pick). In addition to the dorm and room number, we will take into consideration who you would like to be roomed close to. Be prepared to indicate the full name and class year of the Camper(s) (up to three) who you would like to be in close proximity.

2025 Clark/Toll floor plans for your reference:
Please note that single occupancy rooms are indicated by a 1 and double occupancy rooms are indicated by a 2 or 3 on the dorm diagrams.
