Career Counseling

  • Graduates 0-2 Years
    CP&R Career Counseling
    Recent graduates have continued access to all CP&R services and events up to two years after graduation. Appointments are available in person (when safe), phone, or virtual meeting. Please schedule an appointment with any questions regarding your career development, transitioning into the job market, or deciding on graduate programs. In fact, CP&R provides graduate school support for all alums regardless of grad year since many do not pursue masters or PhD level programs until a few year post Scripps. Reach out with questions at careers@scrippscollege.edu sharing your name, grad year and support you’re seeking and the CP&R team is ready to help.
  • Graduates 2+ Years
    The Bridge Program
    Made possible by a generous gift to the College, the Bridge Program offers Scripps alumnae individual career counseling. CP&R has partnered with Career Journeys in Pasadena to provide career development services to Scripps alumnae including career counseling, career assessment, resume and cover letter preparation, job search assistance, and interview techniques.

  • Fall 2020 Career Conversations
    Career Conversations is our series of virtual events focused on alumnae career support. Dates and topics for our upcoming series will be announced soon! And you can access past event recordings and materials in the Resources section in Olive Grove.

Career Network

  • Join Olive Grove to connect with alumnae and members of the Scripps community. Exchange advice and expertise, enrich your professional network by meeting new alums in your field, join curated groups based on profession or area of interest, and access exclusive professional development resources and discussion forums.
