On Tuesday, November 29, 2016, we celebrate #GivingTuesday. This is a global day of gratitude, fueled by the influence of social media. Widely celebrated the Tuesday following U.S. holidays and promotions, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday recognizes the value in charity and community. As the end-of-the-year approaches, we want to express our own gratitude for you and others who have engaged with our Scripps community.
We know that Scripps isn’t your only choice when it comes to making a difference. Thank you for your contributions to and your engagements with the Scripps community. Today, we want to express our gratitude and appreciation of you. Your gifts, including the gift of time, empower the next generation of women leaders to make a difference and give back to the world. - Recruit the best-and-brightest faculty members to serve the Scripps community;
- Define new scholarships and funds for students who may need financial support;
