Enrollment Status Change
Students whose enrollment status changes from full-time (three or more course credits) to part-time (fewer than three course credits) by September 12, 2022 for fall 2022, and January 30, 2023 for spring 2023, will be refunded the full difference between the two costs. No adjustments will be made after September 12, 2022 for fall 2022, and January 30, 2023 for spring 2023.
The decision to change status from full-time to part-time may have academic outcomes such as graduating a semester later or not being able to get needed courses in the required sequence. Therefore, students should communicate with their academic advisor prior to changing status. Change in enrollment may have consequences on financial aid eligibility. If applicable, students should consult with the Office of Financial Aid before making any enrollment changes. Housing may not be available for part-time students. Check with Residential Life regarding any implications to your residency as a part-time student.
