It is with pleasure that I announce the appointment of Nancy Neiman Auerbach, professor of politics and international relations, to the Mary W. Johnson Professorship in Teaching, effective July 1, 2011. Professor Neiman Auerbach succeeds Professor Kerry Odell, who was the first appointee to this endowed professorship, in 2004.
