Summer Welcome Receptions
Each summer Scripps hosts a number of receptions for incoming families and students. These gatherings are a great chance to start building your Scripps community—meet other families and incoming students, and learn more about the people, resources, and experiences that will support your student. You can expect:
- Scripps Parent Engagement staff present to answer questions you have about how to prepare for the fall and beyond.
- Returning Scripps students from the area who can connect with your incoming students and answer questions.
- This event is intended for parents/families and your student. We hope you can attend together, but if schedules prohibit, parents are welcome to attend without their student, and students are welcome to attend without their parents.
