Lucinda Smith ’88 one of Georgia’s “most powerful and influential”

The Georgia Diversity Council recognized Scripps College alumna Lucinda B. Smith ’88 as one of the most powerful and influential women in the state. Smith received the award at the Georgia Leadership Conference in September for her dedication and achievements as a leader. She is senior vice president of human resources for AGCO, a $6.9 billion farm equipment company with a presence in more than 140 countries. Smith has been a leader in the implementation of AGCO University, Global Total Rewards Program, and Performance Management Initiatives. She received the Charles R. Yates Award for the Woodruff Arts Center Global Firms Committee Fundraising, 2010-2011.
