The Laspa Center is excited to announce its first annual Innovative Leadership Alternative Spring Break Trip in San Francisco. This trip will allow the opportunity for 6-10 students to travel to the Bay Area during three days over spring break and meet with companies and individuals to learn first-hand about innovative leadership. The Laspa Center wants to use this opportunity for students to learn that leaders today have to operate in challenging, unpredictable circumstances and that leaders need to create a climate for innovation within organizations. Through site visits and various workshops, the students will learn how innovative systems, tools, and thinking are essential for organizational health and future viability.
