This summer, Angelina Astillero ’23 is interning at the Kresge Foundation through Girls Who Invest, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing women’s representation in the asset management industry. “My personal interests [are] in tackling issues of inequity and advancing opportunities in underserved communities,” Astillero said in an interview with the Kresge Foundation, adding that she’s hoping to study American and international cities through the prism of social justice.
