In articles on the salary inequities between Jurassic World series stars Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt, MSN and Fortune cite Professor of Economics Roberto Pedace’s 2019 analysis of the pay gap between male and female actors in Hollywood. The analysis found that “on average, top female actors were earning just 38 percent of the salaries being earned by top male actors.”
