The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athenas women’s volleyball team achieved a decisive victory against the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in an NCAA Division III Volleyball quarterfinals game on November 29, winning 25-18, 25-17, 25-17. With this win improving the Athenas’ record to 26-5, the team advanced into the national semifinals for the third time in the program’s history.
The Athenas did not move past their semifinals match against Hope College on December 1, marking the end of the team’s impressive NCAA run this year.
Scripps is represented by Izze Stolzoff ’25 and Ashley Murashige ’25 on the Athenas volleyball team.
