Scripps Athenas Earn Honors and Hall of Fame

Brett Eppich Beal ’82 was inducted into CMS athletics hall of fame.

Former NCAA Division III All-America in women’s swimming Brett Eppich Beal ’82—along with four other alumni from Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) athletics—was selected as an inductee into the 2015 Alumni Association Athletics Hall of Fame. The group of five former CMS athletes will be honored at the Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday, November 14, 2015, at Claremont McKenna College’s Marian Miner Cook Athenaeum.

Three Scripps Athenas earned All-Academic honors as individuals in track and field and cross country for the 2014-2015 season: Carmen Mejia ’17, Vaiva Palunas ’17, and Kaitlyn Spees ’15 earned All-Academic honors. Read more on the Claremont-Mudd Scripps site.
