“Treasures from the Scripps Collectors’ Circle, 2012-2015,” which will run from Aug. 28 to Oct.16, is eclectic: vibrant contemporary prints, such as Scripps alumna Alison Saar’s “Snake Man,” will share the stage with 18th c. Japanese paintings. Works by Barbara Morgan, Tatiana Parcero, and Thomas Moran will be displayed side by side. All have been purchased or donated through the Scripps Collectors’ Circle. Join us for the opening reception, where there will be live music and refreshments.
