Scripps Presents: Noelle Lambert

Lambert is an American Paralympic athlete, a motivational speaker, and the founder of the Born to Run Foundation, which provides specialized prosthetics to young adults and children. Lambert is a two-time American record setter for the women’s Paralympic 100-meter race in the T63 division, setting new records in both 2019 and 2021. She was a 2020 L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth honoree and has received the Boston Celtics’ Heroes Among Us Award and the America East Inspiration Award.
