Tickets available beginning on January 17 at 10 am for the spring 2019 season!

Scripps Presents is an electrifying mix of storytellers and artists, policymakers and musicians – and everything in between.

The 2019 series kicks off with Crazy Rich Asians author Kevin KwanSamin Nosrat, consummate foodie and culinary anthropologist renowned for her James Beard Award-winning cookbook and Netflix series Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat; and hip hop phenom Dessa who wowed the reading world with her memoir My Own Devices: True Stories from the Road on Music, Science, and Senseless Love.

Plus! A culminating dance-in-progress Wicked Bodies with renowned choreographer Liz Lerman; journalist Nathaniel Rich whose book Losing Earth: A Recent History captures the confounding devolution of our nation's conversation on climate change; and Canadian-born, British-based literary wonder Rachel Cusk at a special Scripps Presents at the Library Foundation of Los Angeles in Downtown LA.

You're invited to these eye-opening, mind-bending, genre-defying tête-à-têtes with iconic and emerging thinkers and doers, writers and performers, whose passion and perspective are changing the way we see the world.
