Live Performances: Scripps Dances 2026
Join us for Scripps Dances 2026! This year’s performances include a collaboration between Scripps’ Department of Dance and the Claremont Concert Orchestra for a live performance of the Martha Graham Dance Company’s “Steps in the Street” and “Prelude to Action.”
This special event celebrates the centennial milestone of both Scripps College and seminal dance pioneer Martha Graham. Their parallel legacies symbolize a century of innovation, artistic excellence, and empowerment, reinforcing the enduring impact of both institutions on culture and education.
Performances will be held April 17 at 8 p.m. and April 18 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
