Admissions Interview

Interviews give us a chance to get to know you and give you a chance to get to know Scripps. Each one lasts about 30 minutes and is conducted by an admission counselor or a Scripps senior. Interviews are now open to first-year and transfer applicants for Spring or Fall 2027 admission. If you plan to apply for Fall 2028, please check back in May 2027.

Interview with a Scripps Alum

Alum interview requests are first-come, first-served. You will be matched with a Scripps alum interviewer who will reach out to you to schedule a virtual interview. Alum interviews are no longer offered as we are currently at capacity.

Please note that there are separate deadlines to request an alum interview and to complete the interview.
