The Washington Post reviewed Gabby Giffords Won’t Back Down, a new documentary that covers the political career and medical rehabilitation of former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords ’93, who was wounded in a 2011 assassination attempt and has since founded a gun control advocacy organization. The Post calls the documentary a “moving arc of courage and perseverance” that features the “bright light of her personality,” highlighting Giffords’ own perspective: “Words once came easily. Now I struggle to speak, but I have not lost my voice.”
