Denise Nelson Nash ’76, Scripps College’s vice president and secretary of the board, was quoted in an article for the January/February 2024 issue of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges’ Trusteeship magazine, “Leveraging the Role of the Board Professional.”
“Now more than ever before,” according to the article, “the role of the board professional must be optimized to liaise between the president, board chairs, and board members.”
