Scripps Athletes Earn Scholar All-America Honors

Three Scripps members of the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) women’s Swimming & Diving team received honors from the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America, according to the CMS Athletics website. Emma Stacy ’19 earned a first-team Scholar All-America distinction, which is given to scholar-athletes who achieve a GPA of 3.5 or higher and compete at the NCAA Championships. Jacque Desmond ’19 and Claire Bacon-Brenes ’20 received honorable mentions.
