The Laspa Center sponsors Scripps students to participate in select Forté conferences annually, assisting with cost of travel and accommodations. Explore a multitude of business careers, build leadership skills, and expand your network in these Leadership Immersion Treks.

This one-day symposium centers the lived experiences of women business leaders who hold aspects of their identities that have historically been underrepresented in business. Specifically, speakers and facilitators who identify as African American / Black, Latina/x, and Native American will be featured in the programming. Undergraduate students from all academic disciplines are encouraged to engage in leadership development programming and training at this event.

Currently enrolled Scripps College students in good academic standing are eligible to apply. In cases of class conflict, please confer with your professor in advance of your application.
