Undergraduate Women’s Leadership Summit

This half-day virtual event brings together undergrad student leaders from women’s associations and Forté Ambassadors from partner schools for leadership training and best practice sharing among women in business club leaders. This dynamic program will include interactive workshops on topics such as inclusive leadership, best practices for leveraging Forté club resources, and planning for a future MBA.

College Fast Track to Finance Conference

Explore a multitude of financial careers, including investment banking, sales and trading, and relationship management.
Meet women financial leaders and recent college grads from top firms who will share why they love their career choice, along with insights on developing your personal brand, launching a finance career, and building client relationships.

College Candid Conversations for Black, LatinX, and Native American Undergraduate Women
October 28-29, 2021
Diverse perspectives lead to brilliant solutions for everyone, from corporations to consumers to communities. This conference aims to empower women who have historically been underrepresented in business to connect with one another, network with mission-aligned partners, and achieve their goals. Women who identify as African American, Black, Hispanic, Latinx, and/or Native American are invited to attend this day of dialogue.
The Forté team will help you launch yourself as a strong candidate, from maximizing mentorships to improving your critical thinking skills. Shine during your job search and at work while embracing and leveraging your diversity. Learn more.
Currently enrolled Scripps College students in good academic standing are eligible to apply. All applicants must be willing and able to participate in duration of the conference schedule. Travel may be required. In cases of class conflict, please confer with your professor in advance of your application.
The application includes a 300-500 word statement of interest, and a current resume. Apply through the link above; DO NOT apply directly through the Forte Foundation.
Participants may be asked to share their experiences with the community and will be asked to submit:
- A post-program survey
- One-page trek summary with photo
- One blog submission
