@Noon with Nora Zelevansky

Scripps Presents @Noon Series

Nora Zelevansky is a Scripps alum from the Class of ’99. She is an author, journalist, editor, and brand writer consultant who has written and co-authored several books, including Competitive Grieving; Will You Won’t You Want Me?; and Roll Red Roll: Rape, Power, and Football in the American Heartland. Her writing has also appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Vanity Fair, among others.

Nora will be joined in conversation with Rachael Warecki, Assistant Director of Scripps News and Strategic Communications. Rachael is a Scripps alumna and a MacDowell Fellow who has attended residencies at workshops and Ragdale, Tin House, and elsewhere. In addition to publication in various literary magazines, her work has received recognition in contests held by American Short Fiction, Glimmer Train, and Tiferet, among others. She is currently at work on a novel.
