Monique Truong in Conversation
Please join us for a conversation with Monique Truong and Scripps College Assistant Professor of English Leila Mansouri.
Monique Truong is the Vietnamese American author of the bestselling, award-winning novels The Book of Salt, Bitter in the Mouth, and The Sweetest Fruits. She is also a former refugee, essayist, avid eater, lyricist/librettist, and intellectual property attorney.
Leila Mansouri, assistant professor of English is a fiction writer, essayist, and scholar of American literature. She will be joining Monique in conversation.
