Biography
Vinny Roca is an artist and game designer, and an Assistant Professor of Media Studies at Scripps College. He teaches courses on games, 3D computer graphics, artistic programming, and animation within the context of media art. His practice explores strange encounters with labor through the medium of digital games, drawing on technical practice in programming, 3D modeling, animation, fabrication, and game design. His award-winning game works have been exhibited nationally and internationally.
