Laurel Ovenell ’24 earned the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Offensive Player of the Week Award in recognition of her contributions to the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athenas soccer team. Ovenell scored her first career goal in a victory against Occidental on October 11 and contributed via assists to the Athenas’ win against the University of La Verne.
