Rare Books Collection

The core of the Rare Book Room is the John I Perkins gift of over 6,000 volumes. Many other collections focus on the evolution of the book and printing and the book-making arts including notable collections of medieval manuscripts, 19th and 20th century literary presses, artist’s books, and contemporary fine printing.
