live-courageously-text

One of the top liberal arts colleges in the country, Scripps offers a life-changing experience that combines demanding academic rigor with the powerful support of a collaborative women’s college community. Get to know distinguished teachers and leaders who are experts in their field on a first-name basis and be welcomed into an intellectually-passionate community. From the minute you first step on campus, Scripps feels like home.

There is no typical Scripps student, and it’s not uncommon to meet someone who is an art major, premed, and an athlete. There is a feeling of camaraderie, not competition, and students fervently support one another.

I love the fact that I’m not just a Scripps student, but also a 5C student. I get access to more classes, dining halls, friends, and experiences. It feels good to have Scripps as my home, but also to be a part of the larger Claremont Colleges community.
