SUMMARY:Claremont Concert Orchestra Spring Concerts
DESCRIPTION:The Joint Music Program of Claremont McKenna\, Harvey Mudd\, Pitzer\, and Scripps Colleges presents\nThe Claremont Concert Orchestra.\nThis Spring Concert will feature performances by the orchestra and one of the winners of the Fall 2025 student concerto auditions\, Helios Hong (Harvey Mudd ’29) as bassoon soloist. Works by Mozart\, Shostakovich\, Wallingford Riegger\, and the world premiere of a commission by Chicago composer Darlene Castro. \nThere will be two performances. An evening concert at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday\, March 7 and a Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m. on March 8. \nConcerts will be held in Garrison Theater at the Scripps College Performing Arts Center. \nAdmission is FREE and open to the public.\nContact the Joint Music Office for more information. 909-607-3267\njointmusicprogram.org
