The Office of Public Events and Community Programs can offer publicity support for Scripps-sponsored events. If you wish to have your event publicized on either the College calendar or in the weekly e-newsletter, Events Digest, please complete the Event Request Form. The Events Digest will be emailed to the Scripps community weekly, on Sundays. Submissions must be received at least four weeks in advance of your event.
The calendar will only feature events that are open to the community, including guest speakers, concerts, festivals, films screenings Private events, such as meetings and study sessions, will not appear on the Calendar.
If you wish to publicize other campus-wide social events or opportunities for staff, please send those announcements by 5 pm for distribution the next day to [email protected]
In order to coordinate event scheduling, you must also add events to the Scripps Master Calendar.
