In the Media: Tyson invited to NPR to speak on sexual misconduct in Washington

Vanessa Tyson, assistant professor of politics at Scripps College, was invited to provide commentary on Wisconsin Public Radio following Monday’s news conference in New York by three women who renewed their allegations of sexual misconduct against President Donald Trump. The three women, who last year accused Donald Trump of making unwanted sexual advances, assert it is time Congress investigate claims against the president in the wake of dozens of other powerful American men being held accountable for their treatment of women. With Professor Tyson as the show’s guest and using a listener call-in format, the show asks whether the allegations against President Trump should be investigated, explores how politicians are held accountable, and related topics.
