The Los Angeles Female Playwrights Initiative spoke to Megh Gwinn ’19 about her solo show, Catharsis, her Scripps senior thesis project that she’s performing at this year’s Hollywood Fringe Festival. “The ability to do art outside my usual context gives me renewed energy and excitement to engage the world around me,” Gwinn said. “Thus, the Fringe is a space for me to deepen my understanding of self and explore what types of communities I’d like to be a part of post-grad.” Catharsis is Gwinn’s Hollywood Fringe Festival debut; tickets for this weekend’s performances are available here.
