Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athenas water polo players Emily McElroy ’22, Isabel Dhillon ’23, Jessi Beyer ’23, Ayla Huhn ’22, and Jessica Salaz ’22 earned places on the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches 2020 Women’s All-Academic team. To be eligible for the team, scholar-athletes must attain a grade point average above 3.2; McElroy and Dhillon each received a rank of “Outstanding,” given to scholar-athletes whose grade point average exceeds 3.71. The Athenas also received Team All-Academic recognition as one of ten teams with the highest grade point averages.
