Mark Golub is Assistant Professor in the Department of Politics and International Relations and chair of the Scripps College Legal Studies Program. He is currently completing a book on the Supreme Court’s treatment of race in the post-Civil Rights era. His publications have appeared in the Law and Society Review, Journal of American Studies, and Women’s Studies.
