Hao Huang – Music

Professor Huang was a guest lecturer on South-East Asian migration and immigration at the University of South-East Asia (USEA), December 2017, and was a guest discussant on global migration and immigration at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), January 2018.

He is faculty host for Dr. Zhihe Wang, director of the Institute for Postmodern Development of China, and executive director of the China Project, Center for Process Studies, Claremont, during Dr. Wang’s appointment as Visiting Scholar at Scripps College in Chinese music and environmental studies, January 2018 through January 2019.

Professor Huang is a humanities consultant for Beethoven in Beijing, a documentary film about the Philadelphia Orchestra, the first United States orchestra to perform in the People’s Republic of China, January through spring 2018.
