Music of Palestrina, Debussy, Poulenc, and Lauridsen, plus holiday favorites

The Claremont Chamber Choir

The Claremont Chamber Choir will sing a concert of a cappella pieces by composers from the renaissance to the present. Highlights include works by French composers Claude Debussy and Francis Poulenc, a Hebrew Psalm by Salamon Rossi, an Advent motet by Palestrina, and holiday music by Morten Lauridsen, Bob Chilcott, and others. The Claremont Chamber Choir is comprised of students from Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd, Pitzer, Scripps Colleges, and Claremont Graduate University. It is conducted by Charles W. Kamm, associate professor of music.
