From Standing Rock to Oaxaca: Six Women in Struggles for Turtle Island

In recent days, more youth from the teacher-training school in Ayotzinapa have been killed, and more protesters at Standing Rock attacked, among them, one of the speakers. Mexico’s genocide counts 150,000 dead in the past eight years. In North America, yesterday, the same forces of destruction that set attack dogs on pregnant women and children, maced and tear-gassed journalists, firing rubber bullets point blank at peaceful protesters defending Indigenous lands and waters.
